Description
This course is for those who have grasped and mastered the skill set and really want to unlock the door to the wonders of the deep. This course is THE start of deep freediving! Advanced Freedivers are trained to dive up to -30m. You will be able to really experience the sensations around you and within.
Much of the course will be spent building on the skills learnt in the AIDA 2 course, learning and practicing free-fall technique, advanced Frenzel equalization techniques and training tables. Plus you will gain further knowledge in the physiology, the techniques and safety aspects and become proficient in the various different disciplines of freediving.
This course opens up a whole new world of diving and offers the first glimpse into what competitive freedivers experience. It is also a great course to enhance your rescue and buddy skills.

- Physiology and equalizing, including the Frenzel technique.
- Concept of using CO2 table to improve CO2 tolerance and performance.

- Rescue scenarios at depth and on the surface, including self-rescue.
By the end of the course, students will be able to do a breath-hold of at least 2:45min, swim 55m dynamic and perform comfortable dives to between 24 and 30 meters depth.
